Meet Shandi

 

I am a registered dietitian (RD) and a certified chef. A mother of five beautiful children, that all came into my life in unique ways and a wife to a handsome brilliant educator.

As a busy mother of a household with anxiety, ADHD, picky eating, OCD, and my own struggles with PCOS, hypothyroidism, migraines, and chronic fatigue. I sympathize with the struggle and balance of healing yourself and taking care of your family. I am excited to work with you.
