About Chef Shandi the Dietitian
Welcome! My name is Shandi Trout, I am a registered dietitian, chef, and blessed with an amazing family. My goal is to help you lead full lives managing your symptoms through utilizing the benefits of personalized nutrition and lifestyle changes.
I struggled for over 20 years with increasing symptoms of nausea, brain fog, low appetite, weight gain, fatigue, acne, and pain. These were becoming the norm. I was often told these were just normal reactions to being busy there was nothing wrong in my labs so I was fine. Does this sound familiar? You are in the right place.
As a registered dietitian I focus on using research based information to improve symptoms. No more elimination diets, no unrealistic promises, all foods fit! I offer real, simple changes that make a big impact

Qualifications and Trainings
Bachelor of Science in Dietetics
1200 hour dietetic internship with clinical concentration
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) national credential
Culinary Degree

Currently working on a doctor of clinical nutrition
